Career Platform Disclaimer
EdAIX provides digital career tools and informational resources. The Services may help you organize professional materials, prepare career content, and improve presentation, but EdAIX does not guarantee any career, academic, immigration, financial, or employment outcome.
EdAIX does not guarantee:
- interviews;
- job offers;
- employer responses;
- salary increases;
- admissions;
- visa or immigration outcomes;
- promotions;
- hiring decisions;
- negotiation results;
- accuracy of job market information;
- suitability of any role, company, school, or opportunity.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any materials, recommendations, AI outputs, or information generated through the Services.
AI-Powered Features
The Services may include artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated processing, or similar technologies ("AI Features"). AI Features may generate, summarize, classify, recommend, rewrite, analyze, score, or organize content based on information you provide or authorize us to process, including AI Mock Interview responses, audio, video, transcripts, and related practice data.
AI Features may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, generic, or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI output does not constitute professional, legal, financial, immigration, employment, academic, or medical advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
You are responsible for:
- reviewing AI-generated content, mock interview transcripts, scores, feedback, and coaching suggestions before using them;
- verifying factual information;
- ensuring resumes, profiles, applications, and professional materials are truthful and accurate;
- avoiding submission of confidential, sensitive, or third-party information unless you have the right to provide it;
- deciding whether AI output is appropriate for your intended use.
We may use third-party AI infrastructure providers, transcription providers, video or audio infrastructure providers, and cloud service providers to provide AI Features. Your use of AI Features is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
AI Mock Interview Features
AI Mock Interview features are provided for practice, educational, and career-development purposes only. They do not represent real employer interviews, recruiter evaluations, hiring decisions, or guaranteed career outcomes.
Depending on the feature and your settings, AI Mock Interview may allow you to respond using text, audio, or video. If you enable microphone or camera features, you consent to the recording, transcription, processing, storage, and analysis of your responses, audio, video, transcripts, session data, and related information for the purpose of providing mock interview functionality, AI scoring, personalized feedback, coaching suggestions, session history, product safety, troubleshooting, and product improvement.
By default, we may retain mock interview practice records, including audio, video, transcripts, AI scores, feedback, and related session data, so you can review your practice history and progress. You may delete practice records where deletion tools are available in the Services, subject to reasonable retention for backups, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and other legitimate purposes.
AI Mock Interview scores, ratings, feedback, and coaching suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, generic, or unsuitable for your situation. They are not professional, legal, immigration, employment, academic, or recruiting advice. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs and deciding whether and how to use them.
You agree not to submit or speak unnecessary sensitive personal information, confidential employer information, third-party personal information, trade secrets, or information you do not have the right to provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your interview responses and career representations are truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
Microphone and camera permissions are controlled by your browser or device settings. You are responsible for managing those permissions and for using AI Mock Interview in a lawful and appropriate environment.

"User Content" means any content, information, files, documents, prompts, messages, text, images, feedback, resumes, profiles, career materials, education history, employment history, projects, achievements, job preferences, interview notes, mock interview responses, audio, video, transcripts, AI feedback, AI scores, offer notes, portfolio materials, or other materials that you upload, submit, create, provide, or make available through the Services.

If a feature allows you to make content public or share it with third parties, you understand that such content may be visible to others and may be used, copied, or redistributed by third parties outside our control.

Paid Services, Subscriptions, and Billing
Some Services may be offered for a fee, including paid monthly subscriptions, premium features, digital products, credits, trials, or other paid offerings ("Paid Services").
Our current plans may include:
- Starter: a free plan that may include limited features such as 1 Mock Interview Trial, 100 Job Match Scores, and 2 Resume Tailorings.
- Pro: a paid monthly subscription currently offered at $9/month during the applicable promotional period, which may include features such as Unlimited Job Match Scores, Unlimited Resume Tailoring, Multi-role Resume Library, Full Vibe ID Career Profile, and Vibe Intern Assessment.
- Premium: a paid monthly subscription currently offered at $99/month during the applicable promotional period, which may include everything in Pro plus 1 Mock Interview per week, up to 4 Interview Sessions per month, role-specific interview questions, and personalized interview feedback.
Prices, features, billing cycles, renewal terms, plan names, usage limits, and plan details will be presented at checkout, in your account, or in the applicable product interface. We may change pricing, plans, or features from time to time in accordance with applicable law.
Paid monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next renewal date. By purchasing a Paid Service, you agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees, and you authorize EdAIX and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due, including recurring monthly charges where applicable.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. Payment processors may collect and process your payment information directly. EdAIX does not intentionally store full payment card numbers when payments are processed by Stripe.
Your payment method, billing information, and transactions may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment and billing information and to promptly update such information if it changes.
Cancellation
If you purchase a paid monthly subscription, it will automatically renew each month until canceled unless otherwise stated at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription through the account portal under Settings > Billing where available. If subscription cancellation tools are unavailable, contact us at [email protected].
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated or required by law. You may continue to access paid features until the end of the paid period, subject to these Terms. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically provide a refund for charges already incurred or for the current billing period unless required by law or stated in the Refund and Return Policy.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Unless otherwise stated in that policy or required by law, payments for digital services, subscriptions, AI-assisted tools, credits, and paid features are non-refundable once access is provided or the service period begins.
We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, confirmed technical issues that prevent access, or other circumstances described in the Refund and Return Policy.
Promotions, Trials, and Coupons
We may offer promotions, free trials, discounts, credits, coupons, or introductory pricing. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, usage limits, and other restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time where permitted by law.
If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, the conversion terms will be disclosed during sign-up or checkout. You are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged. Limited-time promotional pricing may apply only for the disclosed promotional period and may change according to the terms presented at checkout.
