Why We Built EdAIX
Talent is everywhere. Clear, continuous, personalized career guidance is not.
We have seen the same problem again and again: students with strong projects struggle to explain their impact, international candidates spend hours rewriting resumes without clear direction, and early-career professionals often do not know what to improve next.
Most career tools start with the output — a resume, a cover letter, or an application.

Our product is shaped by real-world insights from international student career journeys, mentor feedback, resume coaching patterns, interview preparation needs, and offer decision-making challenges.

Our experience spans LinkedIn, BCG, PwC, Dell, Samsung, Publicis, and other leading technology, consulting, media, and global companies. Our academic backgrounds include UC Berkeley, Tsinghua University, UCLA, USC, UT Austin, the University of Rochester, and other leading institutions.
